Debra L. Hippensteel has over 13 years of financial and investment analysis experience, most recently as a Portfolio Manager with The Trust Company of Lehigh Valley. Prior to that Ms. Hippensteel was employed by a local Registered Investment Advisor in Allentown, PA. Previously, she was a Financial Analyst with A.M. Best Company and an Investment Analyst with Meridian Bancorp, Inc. Ms. Hippensteel graduated from Bloomsburg University with a B.S. in Finance and Allentown College of St. Francis de Sales with a M.B.A. in Finance.
