Thomas L. Burns Tom has been working in the trust industry for over thirty-three (33) years, starting his employment at Hazleton National Bank, continuing with their merger affiliates until May, 2000, and ending his tenure at Summit Bank. He has provided administrative and investment services to customers throughout his career. Tom is a graduate of the ABA National Graduate Trust School, Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois. In addition, he is a graduate of the Manufacturers Hanover Trust School and the Kennedy Sinclair Trust Development School. Tom also holds a B.S. from Bloomsburg State College, and has attained his Insurance License in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
