Thomas C. Blass has seen over thirty-five (35) years of service in the trust industry, working with institutions throughout our banking region. He has worked with Bloomsburg Bank-Columbia Trust Company; Northern Central Bank; and First Columbia Bank, prior to beginning his career at NEP Trust Company. Mr. Blass is a graduate of the Central Atlantic School of Trust, Bucknell University and the ABA National Graduate Trust School, Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois. In addition, he graduated from the McKay Hochman Company of Employee Benefits. Mr. Blass also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University.
