    KNBT MORTGAGE APPLICATION CHECKLIST

    A KNBT Mortgage Origination Officer will be happy to assist you with your KNBT Mortgage Application. To help expedite the processing of your application, please be sure that copies of the following information are available:

    Verification of Employment and Income:

  • Recent pay stubs for past month
  • W-2 forms for the past two (2) years
  • Signed personal and corporate federal tax returns (if applicable) for the past two (2) years, if self-employed
         or on commission income
  • Asset account statements for the past three (3) months (checking, savings, mutual funds, 401K, etc.)
  • Gift letter, if applicable
  • Current Debts:

  • Payments, balances, payment addresses and account numbers for all installment loans, credit cards,
         home equity loans, mortgages, etc.
  • Landlord’s name and address, if applicable
  • Property Documentation:

  • Agreement of Sale
  • Deed/Legal Description of the property
  • Down payment/escrow letter from Realtor
  • Construction contact, specs and blueprints, if applicable
  • Mortgage Application *:

  • Signed Mortgage Application
  • Payment of both Mortgage Application Fee and Appraisal Fee, made payable to KNBT.
