To access online bill payment, you will need a KNBT Checking Account from which KNBT will automatically charge any monthly service fees, if applicable. Note: KNBT is not responsible or liable for the performance or operation of the equipment, hardware, software, Internet provider, Internet browser, or any part of them. We are not responsible for any error or failures from any malfunction of your computer or any software, and we are not responsible for any computer virus or related problems that may be associated with the use of an online system. We may, at our discretion and without prior notification to you, enter into an agreement to have another third party provide online services. 128-BIT ENCRYPTION: All browsers accessing secure pages within our website must support 128-bit encryption. To determine if your browser supports 128-bit encryption, click on "Help" in the toolbar of your Internet browser and click on "About [browser name]". A pop-up box or window will display. If your browser does not support 128-bit encryption, you will need to upgrade to a browser that does in order to continue to access secure pages of the website. Review our Terms & Conditions for full disclosures concerning OnLine Banking & Bill Pay. ABOUT YOUR USER ID A User ID is used in conjunction with a Password to log on to KNBT OnLine Banking. For first-time KNBT
OnLine Banking users, the User ID will be your Social Security Number or Business Tax Identification
Number. Your User ID can be changed to a combination of letters,
numbers or symbols, 6-20 characters in length. If you happen to forget your User ID, please contact our Customer Service for further assistance at 1-800-996-2062 (toll free), Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. The Password you use to access KNBT OnLine Banking can be any 6 to 8-digit alphanumeric Password of your choice. Your Password must include at least one letter character and one number. When creating a Password, we recommend that you avoid using the numbers in your birth date, address, social security number or any other number that can be easily associated with you. Changing Your PASSWORD For your security, we recommend that you memorize your Password. Do not write your Password down or make it available to any other person.
